Booking and your stay
- The daily rental period for the apartments begins at 15:00 and ends at 10:00
- Guests are required to check in by completing a registration card to confirm their identity. Guests must present a photo ID.
- The person booking the apartment and at least one person staying in the apartment throughout the entire stay must be at least 18 years old.
- The operator stipulates that the apartment will not be made available to persons under 18 years of age. If, at check-in, the persons checking in do not meet the minimum age requirement, the booking will be cancelled and payment for the stay will be refunded.
- Each apartment description includes information such as the maximum permitted number of occupants, whether animals are allowed, and the smoking ban. Every guest undertakes to follow these requirements, respect the owners' property and comply with generally accepted rules of public order. If the number of people using the apartment between 22:00 and 8:00 exceeds the number declared in the booking confirmation without the operator's knowledge and consent, the operator reserves the right to charge for the additional person or persons according to the price list.
- Stays with a dog are only possible in selected apartments. An additional charge of 20 PLN per night applies for each dog in the apartment. You can find out which apartments accept stays with dogs by contacting the reservations team directly on 789132155. We do not accept stays with cats, rabbits, rodents, birds or reptiles — thank you for your understanding.
- If the permitted number of occupants is exceeded, vandalism is discovered or public order is seriously breached, the operator has the right and duty to intervene, including terminating the agreement immediately and retaining the payment received and the deposit.
Apartment care
- Whenever leaving the apartment, guests should close the windows, switch off the TV, radio and household appliances, turn off the lights and taps, and check that the door is locked. If a key or a remote control for the exit gate is lost, the guest will be charged for replacement, including the purchase of a new lock and remote control. The operator is not liable for any losses caused by theft following the loss of a key.
- If any of the apartment's furnishings or equipment are damaged or go missing during a guest's stay through that guest's fault, the guest is required to reimburse the operator for the resulting losses.
- Guests should immediately inform a member of staff of any faults arising in the apartment during their stay. Appropriate financial compensation will be charged for faults caused by the guest. Faults can be reported by calling 576 830 819
- An early departure that has not been agreed in advance, without handing over the apartment in the presence of the operator's representative, may result in claims by the operator.
- During their stay, the guest will be the sole user of the apartment. Under normal circumstances, the operator's representative will therefore only visit the apartment when called and in the guest's presence.
- In the event of a fault or other unforeseen incident requiring immediate access to the apartment when the guest cannot be present immediately, the operator may enter the apartment to resolve the fault or incident. In such cases, two of the operator's employees should enter the apartment, together with any third parties needed to resolve the fault. The operator will immediately inform the guest by telephone, text message or email.
- Guests may report any matters relating to their stay, including damage or faults, to the operator's representatives in person at the company's office or by calling the telephone number provided on the day of arrival.
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the services during your stay, or for any other reason within the operator's control, please report this immediately so that we can resolve the problem.
- Any concerns or complaints must be reported within 2 hours of collecting the apartment keys; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
Order and responsibility
- Quiet hours in the apartments are from 22:00-8:00. During this time, people using the apartment must behave in a way that does not disturb other guests. If guests behave inappropriately, disturb public order or quiet hours, cause disturbances or damage the apartment's property, the operator's representative has the right to remove them from the apartment immediately, without a refund.
- The apartments are fully equipped and prepared for guests' use. Guests are responsible for taking care of the property entrusted to them.
- Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage to or destruction of items, furnishings and technical equipment caused by them or their visitors.
- If the apartment keys are lost, the guest will be charged an additional fee of 500 PLN.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments. Guests who breach this rule will be charged a penalty of 1000 PLN.
- Walking animals on balconies, terraces or in the shared areas of the accommodation, and feeding seagulls, pigeons or other wild animals, is prohibited. Guests who breach this rule will be charged a penalty of 1 000 PLN.
- Before the end of their stay, guests are required to dispose of rubbish and wash dishes and pots. If the apartment is left excessively dirty or untidy, the guest will be charged a double cleaning fee of between 150 and 250 PLN.
